SL Green Realty, New York City's largest office landlord, faced a common challenge: brokers were inundated with email eFlyers and routinely deleted listings on the go. Melissa Libner, Director of Marketing, wanted a way to break through the clutter and reach brokers with concise, timely information about new availabilities.

SL Green implemented EZ Texting after a demo and launched an opt-in SMS program that sends short messages with location, square footage, cost and a contact number, positioned as exclusive early access. Early results are promising: two test messages went to 400 top brokers with only 8 opt-outs, brokers can reply via EZ Texting’s two‑way feature, and the low cost (about $0.05 per text) plus plans to add web signup links make it a cost-effective, scalable channel.
