New Look, a leading fashion retailer in the UK and Ireland, worked with eyos retail to solve two major challenges: improving in-store customer experience and reducing its reliance on paper receipts. With most revenue coming from stores, New Look wanted a better way to capture customer data and connect in-store purchases to individual shoppers, since existing manual methods identified only a tiny fraction of customers.

eyos retail implemented digital receipts and offline conversion tracking, enabling New Look to capture consented customer data, tag transactions and payment methods, and sync records with Emarsys and Meta. The results included 95% higher real-time data accuracy, 84% of digital receipt customers opting in for marketing updates, and £34Mn in in-store revenue attributed to digital ad campaigns.
