Insurance Makes Use of Interactive Shop Window at POS

A renowned German insurance company, TBT, sought to implement an innovative marketing solution for its point of sale locations to engage passersby and provide product information beyond standard opening hours. They partnered with the vendor eyefactive to utilize an interactive shop window solution to address this challenge.

eyefactive developed and implemented a custom interactive shop window display for TBT. The solution involved mounting a multitouch LCD display and capacitive foil behind the window pane, protected from the elements, allowing users to interact with the glass. Using eyefactive's touchscreen software, passersby could browse information on multiple pages and request detailed materials be sent to their email address. As a result of this eyefactive solution, the interactive digital signage was successfully deployed across several of the insurance company's branches.
