Beiersdorf AG sought an innovative way for visitors to interact with their Eucerin brand and products at the new Eucerin Haut Institut in Hamburg. The challenge was to create a spectacular and engaging permanent installation that would allow customers to immediately receive tailored information, even during periods of high traffic. eyefactive provided their MultiTOUCH Wall and custom interactive software to meet this need.
eyefactive implemented a seamless, three-meter-long MultiTOUCH wall, a world novelty at the time, manufactured from three OMEGA modules. The solution featured intuitive multi-user software that customers controlled with gestures and a unique product recognition feature that displayed information when a product was held near the screen.
