Kitch’n, a fast-growing kitchenware chain with 108 stores across Norway, faced a major invoice-processing challenge after expanding rapidly. With more than 100,000 invoices a year, huge volumes of paper, and a need to streamline accounting across multiple locations, the company turned to Eye-share and its eye-share Invoice solution to replace manual handling.

Eye-share implemented eye-share Invoice to automate incoming invoices, and Kitch’n later added posting templates to automatically assign account codes, VAT codes, and the correct accountant for key suppliers. The company reported that invoice handling became much smoother, no paper invoices were processed after implementation, and with an eInvoice access point planned, Kitch’n expects Eye-share’s solution to save one FTE per year.
