Case Study: NorDan achieves a paperless office and full invoice control with eye-share

Manufacturing Company Nordan is a Paperless Office

NorDan, a manufacturing company specializing in doors and windows, needed to better control a high volume of invoices spread across multiple locations. Before working with eye-share, invoices piled up in offices around Norway, causing delays, manual handling, and difficulty tracking where each invoice was in the approval process. The company used eye-share Invoice, eye-share Capture, eye-share General Ledger, and a customs declaration module to move toward a paperless office.

eye-share implemented automated invoice processing, including Mailreader, PO matching, and faster verification through eye-share Capture. The results were significant: NorDan gained full control of invoice flow, saved several FTEs, and reduced manual work, including a half FTE saved just by adopting eye-share Capture. The company also eliminated about 70 binders per year through PO matching and several more binders each month through electronic customs declaration processing, while improving resilience after a flood damaged paper records.
