Wilson ASA, a Norwegian shipping company with administrative teams across Europe, needed a better way to manage invoices and approvals than its paper-based process. With invoices moving physically back and forth, the company lacked visibility and control, and used Eye-share’s invoice management solution, eye-share Invoice, to streamline the purchasing process.

Eye-share implemented eye-share Invoice to automate invoice handling, matching project numbers and amounts for automatic approval when details align, and later expanded the setup with the eye-share Contract Module for contract control. The results included major cost savings, full visibility into invoice status, approximately 40,000 invoices processed annually, and about 25% of ship-management invoices approved automatically, reducing the Technical Management department’s workload by around 20 invoices per day.
