Lifelong Medical Care launches a modern CMS in less than 3 months with Exygy

Lifelong Medical Care, a community health center focused on health equity, was challenged by an outdated and difficult-to-use website that did not adequately serve its patients, community, or staff. They partnered with the vendor Exygy to rebuild their site with the goals of creating an intuitive patient portal, better connecting with supporters, and engaging potential employees.

Using Agile project management, Exygy designed and built a modern, mobile-compatible WordPress CMS for Lifelong. The solution included robust templates, third-party integrations, and a new site architecture based on user research. The new site acts as a digital front door, making information easier to access and manage. Exygy's work also created reusable assets to affordably assist other under-resourced community health centers with similar digital needs.
