CROP launches Ready 4 Life’s digital application and data platform with Exygy

Exygy partnered with CROP to address the challenge of digitizing their Ready 4 Life reentry program. The customer needed a flexible data and analytics platform to centralize California's re-entry resources and data, which was previously disjointed. They also required a digital application infrastructure to replace a legacy paper-based system, while still accommodating applicants within the incarceration system who could not use technology.

Exygy implemented the solution by first building a robust digital application and a dynamic backend database. The vendor worked closely with stakeholders, including formerly justice-involved people, to design for inclusion. This new infrastructure allows CROP to collect and analyze data effectively, enabling them to measure participant success, make data-driven decisions for the program, and prove its value for continued investment and support.
