Case Study: Mercedes-Benz Leasing Germany launches a cloud-based leasing platform with Exxeta

Exxeta is implementing a new, state of the art leasing platform, for Mercedes-Benz Leasing Germany

The customer, Mercedes-Benz Leasing Germany (MBLD), a subsidiary of Mercedes-Benz, faced the challenge of establishing a modern, agile leasing business. They needed to build a state-of-the-art leasing platform from the ground up to create a seamless customer journey and significantly shorten their time-to-market. To achieve this, they engaged the vendor Exxeta to implement a new solution.

Exxeta implemented a new contract management system using the standard leasing software Alfa and built it in the public cloud. The solution involved integrating over 20 peripheral systems and automating processes to create a future-proof platform with a focus on the customer experience. Exxeta delivered the complex project, taking it from proof of concept to a functional go-live in under a year, successfully enabling MBLD’s new leasing operations.
