Belmont University’s Gordon E. Inman College of Nursing needed a better way to align its curriculum with the 2021 AACN Essentials and support efficient faculty collaboration and mapping. To address this challenge, the university adopted Exxat Prism from Exxat, moving away from manual processes to a more streamlined digital approach.
With Exxat, faculty could more easily organize curriculum data, visualize course responsibilities, identify gaps, and monitor areas of strength and improvement. The platform improved readiness for accreditation and enabled ongoing curriculum adjustments, helping Belmont University systematically align its nursing program with the AACN Essentials and strengthen continuous improvement efforts.
