Goodguys Rod & Custom Association, founded in 1983 and now with over 70,000 members and more than 20 major shows a year, relied on a custom desktop application that required manual mail- and phone-based processing and was hard to maintain and integrate with their website. Seeking a modern, web-connected solution, Goodguys engaged Exware Solutions Inc and adopted Exware Solutions Inc’s Enterprise AMS in 2015 to replace the aging system.

Exware Solutions Inc implemented its Enterprise AMS to provide online member self-service, a “My Garage” vehicle profile system, onsite registration modules for instant data capture, and in 2017 moved spectator ticket sales into the same platform. The result: dramatically reduced manual data entry, up-to-date membership records, the ability to mine spectator data and retain ticket processing fees previously paid to a third party, targeted event marketing (radius-based emails), and improved operational efficiency and profitability.
