How Technology Drives the Guest Experience at Sinatur Hotel & Konference

Sinatur Hotel & Konference, a collection of six unique hotels in Denmark with 400+ rooms and terabytes of guest data each month, needed to modernize a decade-old network to handle more devices, improve coverage and security, and minimize downtime. Working with deployment partner TELE IT, they selected Extreme Networks solutions — including Extreme Wireless, ExtremeCloud IQ and Universal Switches — to deliver a scalable, cloud-managed wired and wireless platform.

Extreme Networks’ solution, deployed across all six properties, provided segmented VLANs and user profiling, high-speed connectivity for digital phones and IPTV, and centralized management via ExtremeCloud IQ. The result: continuous, high-performance Wi‑Fi with no reported outages since implementation, a strong guest experience (8.5 average Wi‑Fi score on Booking.com), and simplified network operations that reduced the need for on-site IT.
