Crowne Plaza Antwerp, a four‑star hotel with 262 guest rooms and 14 conference rooms, needed simplified network management and seamless, higher‑bandwidth Wi‑Fi to support growing numbers of business travelers and conference attendees. The hotel partnered with Extreme Networks, deploying ExtremeCloud IQ and ExtremeWireless (Wi‑Fi 6E) to modernize connectivity and offer differentiated digital services.

Extreme Networks installed and configured 38 new hotspots, enabled Wi‑Fi 6E and used ExtremeCloud IQ for centralized visibility and management. The solution reduced congestion and downtime, delivered faster, low‑latency connectivity, and enabled touchless check‑in/out, video streaming and voice‑activated services—resulting in simpler network operations, better control over network health, and a more memorable guest experience.
