Waterman Business Centres is a rapidly growing serviced-office operator supporting 1,000+ tenant companies and 3,000+ daily users across multiple sites. To deliver a premium, BYOD-friendly workspace and scale quickly, Waterman needed a secure, easy-to-manage network and automated provisioning. Waterman selected Extreme Networks and its Secure Automated Campus solution built on Extreme Fabric Connect, Extreme Switching (VSP 7200, ERS 4900) and ExtremeWireless WiNG to meet those needs.

Extreme Networks implemented Fabric Connect with integrated CRM/LDAP provisioning, wireless fabric and Network Access Control to automate secure tenant separation and simplify moves/adds/changes. The deployment reduced provisioning from 2–3 weeks to 15 minutes, supports ~3,500 Ethernet ports, 100+ APs and ~8,000 devices with 1.6–3 TB/day traffic, lets front‑of‑house staff handle MACDs, and enabled Waterman to scale nationally without increasing IT headcount.
