Case Study: Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC achieves 50% season-ticket growth and seamless in-stadium Wi-Fi with Extreme Networks

A Extreme Networks Case Study

Preview of the Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC Case Study

Connecting Fans for an Unbeatable Game Day Experience

Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC, a 4,500‑seat professional soccer club, needed reliable guest and private Wi‑Fi to support mobile POS, ticketing, administrative systems and fan engagement across a 400,000 sq. ft. open‑air stadium. They partnered with Extreme Networks to deploy an enterprise stadium network using ExtremeWireless™, ExtremeSwitching™, Extreme Management Center™ and ExtremeControl™ to overcome high‑density usage, nearby residential interference and aesthetic constraints.

Extreme Networks, working with implementation partner Colorado Computer Support (CCS), designed, tuned and deployed the wireless and switching infrastructure, enabled live game streaming and single‑pane network management, and provided secure guest and private access. The deployment delivered seamless, secure guest connections, simpler network operations and live video streaming — and helped the Switchbacks grow their season ticket holder base by 50% in one year.
