Managed Services Provider Serves Customers Better with Wire Data

ACS Solutions GmbH is a managed services provider offering hosting, application and infrastructure, and cloud services to about 50 customers. Relying on Citrix to deliver hosted apps, ACS faced sluggish launch and load times, frequent performance degradations and missed SLAs—especially for Microsoft NAV and CRM, which are used by nearly all customers and represent over half of ACS’s revenue—and prior SNMP/Nagios tools could not provide the necessary Citrix visibility or remediation guidance.

Working with ICS GmbH, ACS deployed ExtraHop’s wire-data analytics to gain real-time, cross-tier visibility and prescriptive troubleshooting. The appliance quickly revealed issues (such as widespread DNS errors), allowed ACS to pinpoint and fix root causes, and shifted operations from reactive to proactive—improving application performance and availability, enabling sharper KPIs and SLAs, and boosting customer satisfaction across multiple teams.
