The Clerk-Recorder Department was relying on manual indexing and an outsourced redaction service, which delayed availability of records for several days and created challenges around integrating with its SouthTech LandDocs™ system. Extract Systems implemented a tightly integrated solution that worked within Orange County’s existing user interface, automating 75%–90% of data entry and bringing redaction in-house.
