Shoes for Crews, a maker of slip‑resistant footwear founded by Stan and Arna Smith and serving over 100,000 workplaces, found its employer‑focused education strategy losing traction as big‑name competitors moved into the market. The company needed a new way to reach end users (employees) directly and drive authentic customer acquisition.
