Eide Bailly LLP is a national certified public accounting and business advisory firm with more than 2,000 professionals across 33 offices. Its forensic advisory team, long-time users of Exterro’s FTK, wanted greater efficiency and much faster processing, so they partnered with Exterro to pilot the new cloud-based investigations platform.

Exterro’s FTK Lab (available on AWS and Azure) delivered a centralized, scalable, web-based forensics engine that sped processing (up to 2 TB indexed in under 48 hours), enabled real-time collaboration, reduced capital and long-term storage costs through a SaaS model, and met strict security requirements (MFA, encryption, VPN). After a successful pilot, Eide Bailly adopted FTK Lab as its primary platform and realized faster investigations, improved teamwork, and more transparent client billing.
