Exterity IP Video Delivers Enhanced Matchday Experience for Sportverein Sandhausen 1916 e.V
SV Sandhausen 1916 e.V., the German football club based in Sandhausen near Heidelberg, wanted to enhance the matchday and hospitality experience at its BWT Stadium at Hardtwald as it expanded its VIP and corporate areas. To support its growing 1,000-guest hospitality offering, the club needed a modern, reliable IP video and digital signage platform for VIP suites, reception areas, and event spaces. Exterity provided the IP video and entertainment solution used in the project.
Exterity, implemented by integrator multi-media systeme AG, deployed an IP video system featuring AvediaStream TVgateway, AvediaPlayer Media Players, AvediaServer, and ArtioPortal middleware. The solution delivered live TV, sponsor messaging, welcome screens, and event presentations across the VIP tower, helping create a tailored experience for guests while remaining easy to manage. The system also gave SV Sandhausen room to expand in future and quickly adapt content across areas on matchday.
