Exterity IP Video Creates a Bespoke Conference Experience at Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre

Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre, the largest dedicated conference and exhibition space in central London, needed a flexible way to deliver high-quality video content across its venue for custom events. Working with Exterity, the centre wanted to support live presentations, recorded content, TV channels over IP, and other immersive media on multiple displays to meet client expectations.

Exterity implemented an IP video system that distributes HD content throughout the centre from a centralized platform, allowing easy control of what appears on each screen. The solution is now used for overspill and syndicate rooms, as well as static images and pre-recorded content, helping Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre deliver tailored, future-proofed guest experiences with high-quality video available anywhere on site.
