Bayer UK Headquarters Builds Innovative Collaborative Spaces With State-of-the-art Exterity IP Video

Bayer UK, part of Bayer AG, revamped its Reading headquarters to support a more agile, innovative way of working. To replace dated audio and video infrastructure and create modern collaborative spaces, the company needed simple, consistent, and highly connected AV technology that would work across meeting rooms, presentation suites, and shared areas. Exterity provided the IP video and digital signage platform used to support this transformation.

Exterity, implemented by systems integrator Focus 21, deployed AvediaStream Encoders and Gateways, AvediaPlayer Media Players, and the AvediaServer central management platform across four floors and more than 60 spaces. The solution streams world news, sports, and BayerHub digital signage content throughout the headquarters, helping boost employee engagement, improve internal communications, and reinforce Bayer’s image as an innovation-driven organization with scalable IP video that can be expanded wherever network connectivity is available.
