CommutAir phases in 115 tails with EXSYN

The customer, CommutAir, a regional airline operating as United Express, faced the challenge of preparing its MRO software system to manage a newly introduced fleet of Embraer 145 aircraft within a very limited timeframe. To meet this challenge, they turned to vendor EXSYN and its data processing solution, NEXUS.

EXSYN implemented its NEXUS tool to handle the repetitive processes for the aircraft phase-in. The vendor prepared the initial system setup, loaded data for the first delivered aircraft, and provided a framework for CommutAir to continue phasing in the remaining fleet. As a result, EXSYN successfully helped the customer manage the phase-in of 115 Embraer aircraft tails, processing 6 GB of data from a single source system.
