ASL Airlines Belgium migrates 29 tails to AMOS with EXSYN

ASL Airlines Belgium faced the challenge of migrating its airworthiness data from the AMASIS system to the group-wide AMOS system. The goal was to in-source the continuous airworthiness management of its fleet. The critical path involved migrating data into an already operational system and extracting complex data from the legacy AMASIS platform, a task for which they enlisted the support of vendor EXSYN.

EXSYN implemented a solution using its aircraft data management platform to handle the complex data extraction and migration. The project was completed successfully within the initial timeframe, even during the difficulties of a global pandemic, through effective remote collaboration. The migration encompassed 29 aircraft tails across 3 different aircraft types, processing 8 GB of data from 2 source systems. EXSYN's support enabled ASL Belgium to integrate into the central AMOS system and achieve its goal of bringing airworthiness management in-house.
