IMEX Group, organizers of the IMEX Frankfurt tradeshow, partnered with ExpoPlatform to enhance the digital experience for participants at its large-scale event. The challenge was to create a more streamlined and personalized journey for attendees and exhibitors to maximize the value of their time over the three-day show.

ExpoPlatform implemented improved digital features across its Smart Event platform, Mobile App, and Event Website. The solution introduced tools like pre-built message templates, an interactive floorplan, and custom questions for meetings. This led to unprecedented engagement, with 53,800 confirmed meetings and 82,726 unique badge scans, increases of 13% and 11.5% from the previous year respectively.
