Anthony Nolan, a blood cancer charity with a global donor database and more than 60,000 new donor registrations each year, needed to keep its critical data always available, secure, and scalable. Exponential-e migrated Anthony Nolan’s infrastructure from its London headquarters to two Exponential-e data centres in London, using a private cloud and VPLS Layer 2 network solution. The move improved resilience, security, and scalability by creating an off-site, dual-redundant setup with enterprise-class connectivity, helping future-proof the organisation and its donor-matching service while keeping data private and accessible at all times.
