A Expo Logic Case Study
Keller Williams, a real estate company, faced the challenge of creating a fast and seamless check-in process for over 1,300 attendees at its Spring Masterminds event. They needed to check in a large number of people quickly and provide them with personalized badges that included individual agendas. To address this, they worked with vendor Expo Logic and leveraged fielddrive registration kiosks integrated with Zenus face recognition technology.
Expo Logic implemented a solution where attendees could opt-in to be identified by facial recognition at kiosks. This technology identified guests in real-time, greeting them by name and instantly printing their personalized badge, which sped up the check-in process to just 9 seconds per person. The result was a highly efficient and stress-free registration with no queues; 49% of attendees opted into the system and the throughput was 400 people per hour per kiosk. Attendee feedback was extremely positive, and the event organizer called it the most stress-free registration in the event's history.
