A Expo Logic Case Study
The Association of American Law Schools (AALS) needed a better way to manage conference badge registration for its Annual Meeting, which draws between 2,500 and 3,500 attendees each year. Before working with Expo Logic, staff spent late hours and weekends pre-printing badges, stuffing envelopes, and correcting errors, and attendees could wait up to 1.5 hours on-site to receive their badges.
Expo Logic provided badge[on]demand™ integration and ExpressPass™ event badge printing services, allowing badges to print on-site automatically as attendees checked in. AALS said the new process eliminated lines, increased attendee satisfaction, and saved weeks of staff time and expense, while removing the need for weekend work.
