Leading Insurance Company faced pressure to lift online conversion rates but found its models—based only on website click and page data—were too narrow and produced many inaccurate predictions. To broaden insight into which applicants would convert both at the top of funnel and after initial form submission, the company partnered with Explorium and used the Explorium Enrichment Catalog to augment their datasets.
Using Explorium, the company built two parallel models (top-of-funnel and initial form submission) enriched with demographic, economic, and behavioral features. The top-of-funnel model’s accuracy rose to 88.6% and the form-submission model achieved 90.44% accuracy, enabling smarter marketing spend, higher conversion rates, improved user journeys, and a measurable boost in revenues and customer engagement.
