Spectrio, a Tampa-based provider of audio and video marketing solutions, needed a better way for customers to create and manage on-hold campaigns online. Its existing system was complex and limited, making it difficult for users to update messages, preview music and voice samples, and schedule campaigns, while still needing to align with Spectrio’s NetSuite-based operations.

Spectrio engaged Explore Consulting to build a new customer portal using CloudConnect Mediator for NetSuite, with Microsoft Silverlight for a richer user experience. The solution delivered a cleaner, more interactive app with deep NetSuite integration, near-instant startup, and no page reloads; it also significantly simplified server-side NetSuite scripting and created a more scalable, easier-to-maintain platform for future growth.
