Secondipity, an established consumer products seller, wanted to redesign its product pages and measure the impact on conversion without disrupting its existing Amazon Webstore flow. To do that, it partnered with Explore Consulting and used Visual Website Optimizer to run its first A/B landing page optimization test, aiming for a 20% lift in purchase rate.

Explore Consulting implemented the redesigned product page, including layout changes and a revised “Add to Cart” experience, and helped test and debug cross-browser issues. After a month of testing, Secondipity achieved its goal with a 20% increase in purchase rate; the variation reached a 1.81% conversion rate versus 1.51% for the control, with a 95% chance to beat the original.
