An e-commerce company using NetSuite Web Store and Omniture SiteCatalyst faced a challenge moving its classic ASP sites into NetSuite while keeping its existing web analytics and pay-per-click marketing tools. The company needed transaction and margin data to flow correctly through checkout for Omniture SearchCenter, but NetSuite’s Web Store did not support that natively.

Explore Consulting built a custom integration using SuiteScript on the web store pages and a NetSuite-hosted Suitelet to calculate and pass back cost and margin data. The result was full integration of Omniture SiteCatalyst and SearchCenter with NetSuite multi-site Web Stores, giving the company better control and optimization of its PPC campaigns across sites.
