Odes UTVs, a powersports manufacturer of high-performance utility vehicles, side x sides, and ATVs, needed a better way for its dealer network to check warranty status and submit claims through NetSuite’s Customer Center. The company turned to Explore Consulting and NetSuite to create an online warranty process that would support dealers and end customers more efficiently.

Explore Consulting implemented custom SuiteScript-based functionality in NetSuite for warranty registration, VIN lookup, and warranty claim entry. The solution added real-time VIN validation against warranty records, checked parts and labor warranty end dates, and blocked claims for out-of-warranty vehicles. As a result, Odes UTVs gained a streamlined web interface that improved dealer support and enabled faster, more accurate warranty servicing.
