National Football Scouting - Customer Case Study

National Football Scouting, which runs the NFL Scouting Combine, needed a faster, more secure way to capture and share player evaluation data as the event grew. In the past, results were collected on paper, entered later, and distributed on physical media, causing delays and security concerns; National Football Scouting worked with Explore Consulting to modernize the process.

Explore Consulting built a custom, integrated solution using a field application, a web-based administrative console, and a secure team portal to capture data in real time and publish results electronically. The automation reduced manual effort and manpower while enabling much faster data delivery to NFL teams and supporting new growth and projects for National Football Scouting.
