Explore Consulting built a custom purchasing workbench, a streamlined NetSuite purchase request form, vendor-selection logic, and mobile approval tools to let ITS buyers consolidate requisitions into purchase orders by vendor and “ship to” location. The solution reduced logistical costs through zip code-based routing, accelerated approvals, and enabled the company to compile several hundred requisitions from 55 locations into consolidated orders, significantly enhancing NetSuite’s functionality in a short timeframe.
