Explore Consulting implemented an automated renewal reminder solution that created renewal opportunities from sales orders, tracked expiration details, and sent customized email alerts at set intervals before and after expiration. The result was a drastic reduction in manual effort and errors, better visibility through a single system, and automatic closure of renewed opportunities in NetSuite, eliminating unnecessary renewal reminders for customers.
