Innova Disc Golf - Customer Case Study

Innova Disc Golf, a manufacturer and seller of disc golf equipment, was using NetSuite for ERP and CRM but relied on phone, fax, and paper-based matrix order sheets to handle wholesale orders. This made order entry slow and manual for both reps and customers, especially because many products have multiple attributes like size and color. Innova worked with Explore Consulting to find a better way to support efficient wholesale ordering.

Explore Consulting built a Suiteflex/Suitelet-based Order Matrix solution hosted in NetSuite, available to both sales reps and customers through the Customer Center. The new process let users browse product categories, enter matrix-style orders online, and automatically create sales orders in NetSuite. As a result, Explore Consulting helped Innova Disc Golf reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and make it easier for customers to place orders themselves.
