RagLady, a long-time manufacturer and supplier of industrial cloths, needed to update its Ecommerce site from Alta Resources to the more scalable NetSuite Site Builder platform. Its existing store made purchasing complicated, lacked clear quantity-based pricing, and forced customers to call for price clarification, slowing sales and sometimes causing lost orders. Explore Consulting was brought in to help improve the user experience and support RagLady’s B2B buying needs.

Explore Consulting implemented a responsive Site Builder redesign, better checkout flow, Enhanced Google Analytics, and custom pricing and review features, including the Site Builder Reference Checkout MyAccount Module. The new webstore made pricing easier to understand, reduced customer confusion, and added images and video to improve product clarity. In the first month, RagLady saw organic search traffic increase by 27% for returning users and 43% for new users, while direct traffic rose 47% for returning users and 21% for new users.
