Herrmann International, creator of the HBDI system, needed a way to automatically distribute license keys at the time of purchase in NetSuite and send client-specific instructions with order confirmations. The challenge was to eliminate manual key handling, support external license generation, and make the process flexible enough to add new clients over time.

Explore Consulting designed and implemented a NetSuite solution that connected to the external license key system via web services, added custom records for client-specific URLs, and created an HTML order confirmation email template. As a result, Herrmann International can now issue license keys seamlessly, reduce operating costs, and improve the customer experience, with the process easily extensible for additional clients.
