Explore Consulting built a custom license key management solution integrated with Golden Software’s NetSuite SuiteCommerce site. The system automatically assigns and validates keys, creates records linking keys to customers and transactions, and emails customers their license key and download link. As a result, orders now deliver license keys nearly instantly, and customer service can easily manage thousands of licenses within NetSuite.
