COOLA Suncare wanted to replace an insecure, inflexible setup built around third-party OpenCart plug-ins with a more premium, easy-to-manage commerce experience. The company needed better content control, ERP functionality, and a way to help customers find products and learn about collections more easily, so it partnered with Explore Consulting and NetSuite SuiteCommerce Advanced.

Explore Consulting delivered a fully custom, responsive website on NetSuite and SuiteCommerce Advanced, integrating the site with COOLA Suncare’s backend on a single cloud platform. The new solution improved the user experience, enabled consistent cross-channel interactions, and centralized order and inventory management; COOLA Suncare also reported great feedback on the new design and greater ability to buy, fulfill, and return orders across channels.
