EcoBox, the environmentally friendly packaging company in Austin, needed a way to better manage its growing Amazon Webstore and Amazon.com sales alongside its NetSuite system. Using Explore Consulting’s CloudConnect Amazon for NetSuite connector, EcoBox wanted to bridge the gap between channels, automate inventory and order handling, and support Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA).

Explore Consulting implemented a NetSuite-Amazon integration that centralized product and inventory management, automatically published and updated product data to Amazon, and synced Amazon orders, shipping details, taxes, and settlement records back into NetSuite.
