Explore Consulting implemented the Facebook Webstore App for NetSuite, adding a Facebook “Shop” tab that used Blitz Sport’s existing NetSuite items and checkout process. The result was a seamless social commerce setup where Facebook purchases flowed into NetSuite order management, giving Blitz Sport a new sales channel, stronger customer engagement through likes and comments, and broader reach to shopping customers.
