Utilising Explorance Blue 360 to Create KLAR GROW – A Talent Development and Performance Evaluation Platform

KLAR Partners, an independent private equity firm based in London and Stockholm, needed a digital performance and learning development partner to support its talent development strategy. The firm wanted a flexible tool that could fit its non-hierarchical review process, work for a team on the road, and help it improve how it gives feedback and evaluates performance.

Explorance implemented Explorance Blue 360 to create KLAR GROW, KLAR Partners’ talent development and performance evaluation platform. The setup included tailored 360 questionnaires, review workflows, reminders, feedback reports, and evaluation reports for two staff cohorts across the year, and the company now runs both a yearly full review and a six-month light review. KLAR Partners said the system was easy to configure, fully mobile, and well suited to its needs, with colleagues giving entirely positive feedback.
