UDLAP Raises Response Rates With Blue

UDLAP, Universidad de las Américas Puebla, needed campus-wide automation for its course evaluations. The university wanted to increase response rates and reduce the time required to compile and distribute reports, while supporting a continuous improvement program across about 7,000 students.

UDLAP implemented Explorance Blue course evaluations to automate surveys, remove paper forms, and produce detailed reports. With Explorance, UDLAP increased response rates by 20% over its previous system, generated reports in 80% less time, and cut one survey’s report turnaround from a week and a half to one day.
