Canadian University Dubai, a higher education institution in Dubai with about 3,000 students, needed a better way to gather institution-wide student feedback. After using paper surveys, an in-house system, and SurveyMonkey, the university found it still lacked automated distribution, advanced reporting, and seamless integration with its SIS and Moodle LMS.

Canadian University Dubai selected Explorance Blue to automate survey distribution, track response rates in real time, and generate more detailed reports. Explorance Blue also integrated with the university’s SIS and Moodle, supported English and Arabic questionnaires, and automated tasks such as removing dropped students, helping CUD manage course evaluations more efficiently and improve survey completion rates.
