St. James’s Place, a FTSE 100 wealth management and financial planning company, wanted a more standardised approach to learning and development and needed to design programmes with evaluation in mind from the start. It appointed Explorance to support its effort to improve the efficiency and impact of its L&D programmes, using Metrics That Matter.
Explorance’s Metrics That Matter was first tested in the SJP Financial Adviser Academy Training Programme and then rolled out after an initial six-month proof-of-concept project. The platform now supports more than 9,500 learners, giving St. James’s Place automated insights, real-time analytics, and flexible reporting to identify what is working, adjust courses more quickly, and back L&D decisions with data rather than intuition.
