Loughborough University Closes the Feedback Loop with Blue Course Evaluations

Loughborough University needed to replace paper-based course evaluations with a more robust online system so students could see how their feedback was used. The university wanted faster turnaround time and clearer visibility into what happened after reports were submitted.

Explorance implemented Blue course evaluation software and the Data Integrity Gateway add-on. With the system in place, Loughborough University moved to evaluating 100% of modules, surveyed nearly 2,000 modules in its first year, and received 42,500 comments. Senior leaders can now access data immediately, module leaders can respond more quickly, and the university is better able to close the feedback loop.
