The school had been relying on a local in-house database and manual data movement for survey administration, which made data management time-consuming and slowed access to timely insights for decision-making.

With Blue integrated into the school’s Learning Management System, Student Information System, and Customer Relationship Management system, Stockholm School of Economics centralized information, automated reporting, and tracked response rates more easily. Assia Viachka said Blue saved time and brought information together in one place, while standardised and aggregated reports made results distribution easier and allowed the school to react more quickly after courses ended.
